Shipping and Order Policies
LEDs 4 LESS uses many delivery options included but not limited to; UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS.The carrier used will depend on order size, weight, and transit times. All U.S orders located within the continental United states will receive free shipping.
Customers will receive automated shipping tracking information to the email listed with their order once the product has been processed for shipping. Please enter a valid email address upon checkout. Also, bear in mind that your order may be processed outside of normal shipping carrier business hours and the item may not ship until the following business day. Lost or damaged products need to be reported to LEDs 4 LESS as soon as possible. Please contact us via email at email@example.com. Be sure to include the following , detailed photos of products damaged, order number , and detailed description. We are not be held responsible for time frame complications associated with lost or damaged products , but we will do our best to rectify the situation quickly.
Please allow up to 48 hrs for your order to be processed and updated with tracking info. once the order has been processed allow 5-9 business days for delivery. This is an estimated to time frame. Your order could arrive sooner. We have these estimates in place to meet our deadlines.
Warranty and Replacements:
All our products are covered with a Limited warranty. If there is anything wrong with your product that is a manufacturing defect ( moisture, Burnt out LEDs , electrical issues ) we may send out a replacement. To start a warranty claim email firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include the following: Detailed pictures, order number, and description of what is happening with your product. We work very hard to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
If you are not satisfied with the product you received. You have 14 days to start the return process. The item needs to be in good working conditions with no signs of wear and tear. All refunds can take up to 10 business days to post into your account. All credit card payments are refunded to the original card provided.
